Morcon is a family owned converting company of commercial paper products including napkin, towel, tissue and dispensers serving the North American Away-from-Home Tissue Market.
Over these past 11 years, by focusing on the right partnerships, the right people, and the right investments, we have been able to experience incredible growth – with our customers at the center of all we do. As we enter 2025, we are poised for substantial growth bolstered by new products, new systems and new investments.
Owning a business had been a lifelong dream of mine and we made that dream a reality when we purchased Morcon in 2013.
Valerie, my better half for over forty years, has been incredibly supportive throughout my career, most especially when we decided to go “all in” and purchase Morcon in 2013. I am also very fortunate to be able to work alongside both of my children. Chris Raccuia serves as our VP of Operations while Tori Raccuia Saunders is our Director of Marketing and Product Management. They are both incredibly talented and provide passion, focus and leadership to their respective teams every day. Valerie and I are most proud of the people they have become, the wonderful partners they have chosen and the beautiful children they are raising. In addition, Tori’s husband Jason Saunders, is our National Sales Manager.
Speaking of family, we are also very proud to say that many of our employees are also related. Moms and daughters, fathers and sons, brothers and sisters, in laws, cousins …and so on. We are overjoyed to have associates that trust our culture and workplace environment enough to recommend their family members as potential new teammates. Additionally, we have had the good fortune to add many folks to our team who I had the pleasure of working with in the past either at SCA (now Essity) or Finch Paper.
