From $20M to $125M: Morcon Tissue’s Growth Fuels Move to Greenwich
We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in Morcon Tissue’s history: our move to a new, state-of-the-art converting facility in Greenwich, New York! This move marks an exciting new chapter for our company, our employees, and the local community.
We’ve experienced incredible growth over the past decade, with sales expanding from $20 million to $125 million annually. To support this rapid growth and meet the increasing demand from our customers—including major clients such as Applebee’s, IHOP, AMC Theaters, and Dunkin’—we needed more space. Our new 90,000-square-foot facility in Greenwich, formerly a paper converting plant, provides us the room to grow and innovate.
This move is not just about a new building; it’s about a renewed commitment to our vision of being the leading tissue converting company in the United States. Our new Greenwich facility will house advanced machinery, enabling us to continue producing high-quality paper products for the Away-From-Home market, including restaurants, hospitals, and sports arenas. We are excited to leverage this new space to enhance our efficiency, expand our product line, and continue exceeding our customers’ expectations.
