Morcon Tissue is excited to launch Maximus™ at this year’s ISSA show in Chicago, IL. The new proprietary electronic roll towel dispenser features an industry leading dispensing mechanism combined with advanced MRS (Material Recognition System) technology.
MRS is a patented, proprietary, electronic system that utilizes infrared technology to read a barcode printed on the inside of core stock. Upon verification of the barcode, the system will either accept or reject the roll.
Joe Raccuia, President and CEO of Morcon stated, “Our new Maximus electronic roll towel dispenser will give Morcon and it’s customers a competitive edge versus any other system in the marketplace.”
MAX Reliability: Proven dispensing technology combined with a true lock-out system.
MAX Performance: Paper engineered to provide superior absorbency and strength resulting in the elimination of tabbing.
MAX ROI: Selective distribution and lock-out features propel ROI to the Max.
Morcon’s VP of Revenue Management, Phil Hart, is also excited to share the news with customers, revealing that, “Morcon remains committed to introducing innovative product and service solutions for our customers. We are proud to launch Maximus™ as it demonstrates our commitment to being a leading alternative to the majors.” Maximus™ is an entry for the 2022 ISSA Innovation Award.
“The use of MRS technology (a first by any US Tissue manufacturer) means select distribution partners will have protection for their investment in sales time and effort,” Peter Brown, Director of Sales in the West added.
Morcon has experienced a 15% sales growth each year since 2013. The investment in this new dispensing system is another way that we are differentiating ourselves from the competition and aligning with strategic partners in the industry. Truly an alternative to the majors, Morcon offers a full line of towel, tissue, napkin and dispensing systems.
“Maximus™ is a primary focal point of the ISSA show as we have elevated our booth (#620) to provide an experiential display that will allow customers to visualize the benefits of the MRS technology,” says Victoria Raccuia, Director, Customer Experience and Marketing at Morcon.
