How Are Airlaid Products Made?

1. Fiber Preparation: We start with high-quality cellulose fibers, sourced from sustainable materials. These fibers are refined to achieve the perfect balance of texture and quality.
2. Air-Laying: The fibers are then opened and dispersed using air currents in the air-laying process, creating a uniform layer on a conveyor belt.

Linen-feel products can be made from Airlaid paper or DRC paper. So what is the difference?

DRC is like the soft cloud of the cleaning world, made from pure cellulose for a super plush feel. It’s strong, but when things get wet, it doesn’t quite hold up like Airlaid.

Airlaid, on the other hand, packs some extra muscle with a special binder that gives it impressive wet strength. It’s still soft but has a bit more texture.
