We had the privilege of joining thousands of industry leaders at the ISSA Show North America 2025 in Las Vegas—and what an amazing experience it was! From November 10–13, the Mandalay Bay Convention Center became the hub for innovation, collaboration, and inspiration in the cleaning and facility solutions industry.
Our Booth: A Showstopper
Thanks to our incredible partners at Creatacor, our booth was a true standout. Their creativity and collaboration brought our vision to life, making our space not only visually stunning but also an inviting environment for meaningful conversations. We’re proud that our booth reflected what Morcon stands for: quality, reliability, and service excellence.

Joe Raccuia (CEO) – “We had an incredible experience at this year’s ISSA in Las Vegas, where our booth was buzzing with activity from start to finish. The team was fully engaged, hosting productive meetings that opened exciting opportunities, while also enjoying memorable dinners and fun activities as a team. The energy and success we felt at this show reflects the strong foundation built by the team back home, whose support and preparation positioned us to shine. With this momentum, we are not just participating in growth—we are poised for meteoric success.”
Jason Saunders (VP of Sales and Marketing) – “I was proud to see our team’s hard work pay off at this year’s ISSA. Our Sales and Marketing teams put in tremendous effort to ensure we were fully prepared, and it showed. Each year, the engagement we have with our customers becomes even more meaningful.”
We had a lot to share this year—our growing National Coverage, new products, and new facilities. As a family-owned and operated business, it’s important for us to demonstrate to both current and potential customers that we continue to invest in our company while staying focused on what matters most: delivering an exceptional customer experience.”
Tori Raccuia (Senior Director of Redistribution of Sales) – “This year’s ISSA Show was nothing short of electric for Morcon. From the moment the doors opened, the buzz on the floor and the
meaningful conversations we had made it clear that we’re building something the market is genuinely excited about. We reconnected with long-time partners and successfully forged new relationships. One of the biggest highlights? Watching our team in action. The prep work, the passion, and the collaboration all came together, both at the booth and outside the show. As a family-owned company, it’s important for us to show the industry that we’re growing, investing, and staying focused to deliver an exceptional customer experience. ISSA energized us, validated our direction, and set the stage for 2026.”
Lauren Keating (Director of Sales, Southeast) – “ISSA was an incredibly impactful show for us this year. The energy on the floor and the volume of meaningful conversations
we had reaffirmed that Morcon is heading in the right direction. We were able to connect with long-standing partners, strengthen relationships, and open the door to several new opportunities that align perfectly with our company’s growth strategy. Another major highlight was the time spent together as a team. The collaboration, shared excitement, and time together outside the office helped make us an even more cohesive group. I’m excited to see all the hard work from ISSA, and throughout this year, translate into a strong and successful 2026 for Morcon.”
Brittany Dukette (Inside Sales, Northeast) –“The trade show was a valuable experience, providing a firsthand look at the latest innovations and a chance to connect directly
with key players in our industry. My main takeaways were the strong interest in our solutions, market trends that align with our strategy, and several promising conversations that could evolve into meaningful partnerships.”
David Eads (Director of Sales, Midwest) –
“Being new to ISSA, the overall experience was very positive. I was impressed with the wiliness and desire by both suppliers and customers to work together to solve problems and build trust. The impact of these meetings and interactions can be a key building block for long lasting relationships.”
Ryan VanGalen (Product Marketing Specialist) – “My first ISSA show with Morcon was unforgettable—it wasn’t just about products or business, it was about stepping into a community, feeling the energy, and realizing how proud I am to represent a team that truly makes a difference.”
Ashlyn Garduina (Inside Sales & Redistribution) – “My time at ISSA was spent with our customers,
which I believe is the whole point of this convention, connecting, listening, and learning. That is the commitments I believe will make Morcon advance to the next levels of success. It was energizing to hear where we’ve succeeded and inspiring to learn what’s next for our partners.
