Your Family Owned Paper Company

With all of the recent changes in our industry, it can be difficult to find a reliable partner for your napkin, towel and tissue needs. Morcon is family owned and operated. By the way, that doesn’t mean we are small, it means we are committed.  Relentlessly committed to being a responsive, a progressive, and a creative company to meet and exceed our customers, suppliers and employees expectations. We are large enough to matter and small enough to care. This passion runs deeply throughout our organization.

Family Runs Deep

Throughout our business, we have many workers who are related to each other. There are moms and daughters, fathers and sons, brother in laws and sister in laws, cousins…and so on. We are very proud to have associates that feel confident enough and comfortable enough to recommend their family members as potential new associates.

Hopefully, that means we are doing some things right as an organization and a culture.

Corporate Culture

The dictionary defines family as “Two or more people who share goals and values, have long-term commitments to one another and commonly reside in the same dwelling.” This definition appropriately describes the Morcon Family.

Our team of trusted, industry-experienced professionals has been actively leading our business transformation for the past 10 years. This transformation has occurred in all aspects of our business from Sales to Supply Chain, HR to Operations, Marketing to Customer Service and from IT to Quality Assurance. We have been particularly selective in hiring the “right people for the right seats on the bus.”  Our team is a well prepared, very talented and extremely capable group of specialists that are elevating our business to new heights all while seamlessly handling the day to day challenges of any fast growing organization.

Something very special to note about many of our current team members (Phil Hart our VP of Revenue and Supply Chain, Karen Jones our VP of Finance, Tim
Goodbred our Director of Operations, Stu Alheim our Director of Transportation, Pete Ashline our Director of Maintenance and Reliability and Peter Brown our Director of Sales West) is that we have all worked together in the past. We are so very thankful that are paths have crossed again and that they have now joined the Morcon Family in this journey.

We are very proud of the team we have assembled.

Leading Alternative

Morcon’s goal is to be the leading alternative of commercial paper products in the industry. The team works hard every day to make this a reality. Our consistent follow-up and follow through allows trust to be earned with our customers, even by simply picking up the phone. By our consultative approach, we can guide customers to the right product that is perfect for their businesses.

We look forward to welcoming you into the Morcon family!
