Carrie Chaplin started her career 6 years ago at Morcon Tissue as a Machine Operator. Over the years Carrie climbed the ladder and worked as a shift leader, head of training safety and quality, and a production planner for the NY facility. After learning about the business through these various hands-on positions she assumed her current role as Production Planning Leader. As a Production Planning Leader, Carrie focuses heavily on creating production schedules for 3 facilities every week. This includes everything from planning machine shutdowns to cross-training employees. The most important part of her job is to make sure that the right products are produced in order to meet customer orders and shipments. When not working Carrie enjoys singing, attending concerts, reading, and enjoying a variety of sports.
