Jonathan Cudney is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned his degree in Organizational Communication. With more than a decade of experience in Human Resources, Jonathan has worked across a variety of manufacturing industries—from chemicals and building materials to paper—bringing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping teams thrive. His ability to connect people and processes has made him an invaluable part of the company.

When he’s not at work, Jonathan loves spending time outdoors with his family. You’ll often find him camping under the stars, paddleboarding on a quiet lake, or enjoying some target shooting for fun.
